Elevate is working with a global technology and infrastructure organization to identify a Mexico based attorney who will support construction contracting and legal operations activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process driven work and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high volume workflows.
The attorney will focus on routine contract support, organization of project documentation, and coordination with internal teams. This is not an advisory or heavy negotiations position. It is well suited for an attorney who is detail oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
Position: Construction Contracts Attorney (Mexico Based)
Duration: 9 months- 100% Remote
Responsibilities
• Review standard construction related agreements, including vendor contracts, subcontractor agreements, work orders, and change orders.
• Conduct initial contract review using templates and established playbooks.
• Identify basic issues and escalate nonstandard terms to senior team members.
• Support contract lifecycle processes, including tracking, updating, filing, and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely contract execution.
• Maintain contract records, project materials, and related documentation.
• Provide ongoing administrative support for construction project workflow and contract management.
Qualifications
• Licensed attorney located in Mexico.
• Experience with contracts or legal operations work.
• Able to work US business hours from EST to PST.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfortable managing multiple routine tasks at a high volume.
• Highly responsive and reliable, with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to construction contracts or vendor agreements.
• Familiarity with contract tracking tools or CLM systems.
• Experience working with US or cross border teams.
