      Job Summary:

      The Business Intelligence Analyst within the Enterprise Business Intelligence team supports the development of dashboards, tabular reports, and analytical insights that enable operational and strategic thinking across the organization. This role focuses on report and dashboard creation, ad hoc analysis, and assisting with documentation of business requirements and KPIs. The analyst partners with senior team members to translate business questions into data-driven outputs while building foundational skills in SQL, visualization, and data analysis.

      Essential Duties:
      • Build and maintain dashboards and operational reports using enterprise BI tools
      • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and assist stakeholders in accessing and interpreting data
      • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, KPIs, and reporting logic
      • Write SQL queries to retrieve and prepare data for reporting and analysis
      • Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
      • Apply visualization best practices to create clear, intuitive dashboards that support decision-making
      • Ensure reports follow established design standards, usability principles, and visualization best practices
      • Document data sources, calculations, and assumptions supporting reports and dashboards
      • Partner with senior BI team members to validate metrics and ensure accuracy of outputs
      • Communicate findings and recommendations in clear, non-technical language
      • Maintain and update existing reports, dashboards, and reporting datasets

      Job Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics) preferred or comparable work experience
      • 0-2 years of experience in a reporting/analytics discipline, preferably with a business intelligence team
      • Foundational SQL skills including the ability to write queries to retrieve, join, and summarize data
      • Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards
      • Experience working with BI and data tools (Tableau, SSRS, SSMS, Snowflake preferred)
      • Analytical problem solver who has a strong comfort with ambiguity, high attention to detail, efficient time management, technical aptitude, and desire to exceed expectations
      • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
      • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers

      Supervisory Responsibilities:
      • No supervisory responsibilities

      Physical Requirements:
      • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
      • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
      Hire Range/Rate:

      $75,000 - $90,000

      Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
