      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
      - Perform basic malware analysis
      - Develop and improve processes for incident detection and the execution of countermeasures
      - Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management
      - Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including a day on the weekend
      - This role is only open to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders
      - Experience in incident handling, computer forensic analysis, or network forensic analysis
      - Strong project management skills and the ability to complete technical tasks without supervision
      - BA or BS / MA or MS degree in a relevant field; applicants without a degree but with relevant work experience and/or training will be considered

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in incident response investigations, particularly against advanced persistent threats
      - Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET
      - Experience in developing customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations
      - Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry
      - Strong understanding of secure network architecture
