What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts across collaboration programs
- Communicate effectively with clients to address issues and deliver ongoing value
- Train and consult clients on analytics using the employer's tools and datasets
- Manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of collaboration programs
- Advocate for clients' needs to align the product roadmap with their expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant experience
- 1+ years in the CPG industry or related fields such as sales, category management, market research, or analytics
- Strong consultative client skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in managing complex client relationships
- Understanding of the data analytics industry and related products and services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other coding languages
- Experience with CPG/FMCG data sources and datasets
