What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy for Medium and Low Voltage products
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across utilities, OEMs, and construction sectors
- Lead customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to strengthen market presence
- Drive demand creation by engaging consultants, specifiers, and engineering firms
- Oversee contract negotiations, forecasting, and project follow-up activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience in MV/LV, T&D, industrial, construction, or utility environments
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution, power systems, and substation equipment
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with decision-makers and procurement teams in the utilities or construction sectors
- Familiarity with MV/LV technologies and market trends
- Ability to travel 30%-50% within the Mid-Atlantic region
