      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for multiple divisions including Rental Development and Community Development
      - Manage Program Administrators to ensure compliance with laws and regulations while meeting operational goals
      - Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and implement policies and procedures
      - Coordinate the research, development, and implementation of new programs as directed by leadership
      - Develop and maintain relationships with government and private entities for effective program execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of laws and regulations governing federal funding sources for housing programs
      - Experience with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations
      - Familiarity with principles of employee management and engagement
      - Understanding of housing development, finance, and compliance related to affordable multifamily housing
      - Must possess a valid driver’s license if driving is an essential function of the job

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing programs related to affordable housing and community development
      - Knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program and other funding sources
      - Proven track record in public speaking and representing organizations at events
      - Familiarity with developing consolidated plans and performance reports
      - Previous experience in a leadership role within a government or housing organization
