      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement a recruitment strategy tailored to the Georgia market
      - Represent the employer at high school visits, fairs, and events across Georgia
      - Collaborate with the Atlanta Alumni Chapter to enhance brand awareness and recruitment efforts
      - Build and maintain relationships with guidance counselors, independent advisors, and community partners
      - Analyze recruitment data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
      - Must reside in Georgia, preferably in the greater Atlanta metro area
      - Admissions experience with a focus on student recruitment
      - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree
      - Experience in recruitment, marketing, retail, or sales environments with goal-oriented tasks
      - Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
      - Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Experience using CRM systems, specifically Slate
