- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading and inspiring teams through coaching and mentoring
- Familiarity with retail technology and operations
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around various store areas
- Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives
