What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
- Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
- Leverage omni-channel approaches to deliver a frictionless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within retail
- Familiarity with retail technology and systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
