What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and administer middle school, high school, and dual enrollment aerospace programs in designated counties
- Serve as the primary liaison among teachers, administrative personnel, and district staff to ensure program operation
- Facilitate enrollment and onboarding processes for all aerospace programs in the region
- Organize regional competition events and maintain partnerships with industry leaders
- Continuously assess and improve program delivery to meet educational goals and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Education or aerospace-related fields
- Extensive experience in program management, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of state and federal educational guidelines and regulations
- Leadership and team management skills, along with strategic planning abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FAA pilot, advanced ground instructor, or maintenance certification
