- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in utility or construction projects
- Must have valid Driver's License and personal vehicle and willingness to travel 10-15% for site visit requirements
- Familiarity with electrical systems and safety standards
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed

- This position pays between $90,000 and $110,000 annually and is an exempt position.
- Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
- Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
- May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
The Assistant Project Manager supports the development, coordination, and execution of project controls processes across cost, schedule, risk, and performance management. Working closely with the Project Manager and PMO leadership, this role helps implement standards, maintain governance frameworks, and ensure accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
As an APM, you will contribute to building dashboards, tracking KPIs, conducting variance analysis, and preparing financial and performance insights for internal teams and clients. They assist with change control documentation, schedule updates, risk assessments, and the integration of project data into financial systems to support forecasting and revenue alignment. The role also supports initial client assessments, preparation of delivery frameworks, and coordination of project teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent project delivery.
This is a hybrid role in the Seattle area.
