What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support project team with the implementation of contractual scopes of work, including site visits and subcontractor coordination
- Develop and maintain project execution plans, including subcontract creation and equipment procurement
- Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to the project team
- Prepare Monthly Status Reports and interact with clients to foster positive relationships
- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in construction projects
- Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction technology and management software (MS Project, Procore, Blue Beam)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOJ Live Scan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- OSHA30 certification (to be obtained within one year at employer's expense)
- Additional experience in energy efficiency projects is a plus
- Familiarity with K-12, higher education, government, healthcare, and multifamily housing sectors
