      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Project Managers in technical management and oversight of projects
      - Support cross-departmental communication and alignment among teams
      - Help develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets
      - Coordinate client interactions and prepare project updates
      - Monitor project risks and assist in problem-solving efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in engineering or architecture
      - BA or MA in engineering or architecture or a related field
      - Knowledge of project management processes and A/E industry principles
      - Excellent communication and written skills
      - Valid state driver’s license and ability to meet worksite security requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional registration (PE/AIA/RA) in engineering or architecture
      - Demonstrated progressive growth in engineering experience/knowledge
      - Team leadership skills to guide and direct project staff
      - Experience with project management, design, and collaboration tools
