      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance, budgeting, and lease administration
      - Provide superior customer service to enhance resident satisfaction and increase renewals
      - Complete lease and renewal paperwork to ensure compliance with company standards
      - Maintain effective on-site staff through hiring, training, and coaching
      - Manage community budgets and financial aspects to ensure operational success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience
      - At least 1 year of Management experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office skills
      - Strong communication and customer service skills

      - Experience in a fast-paced property management environment
      - Familiarity with leasing and marketing strategies
      - Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
      - Background in financial management and budgeting
      - Knowledge of local real estate market trends
