      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drafting and negotiating commercial C-PACE financing documents and related agreements
      - Performing legal diligence on transactions
      - Identifying, evaluating, and addressing legal risks
      - Reviewing closing, conveyancing, loan, and corporate resolution documents
      - Managing post-closing matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3+ years law firm or in-house counsel experience
      - Doctoral of Law Degree
      - Accountability, Adaptability, Clean Energy Acumen, Collaboration, and other related skills
      - Career Level 7IC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years law firm or in-house counsel experience
      - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) law experience
