What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of creative concepts and oversee their production to exceed client expectations
- Manage social-first and digital campaign development from initial brief through to launch across multiple projects
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, becoming an expert on their brand culture and expectations
- Collaborate closely with design and motion teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Mentor junior creative staff, fostering skill development and a collaborative culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in a creative agency or production company focused on successful ad campaigns in digital and/or social media
- 1+ years of leadership experience directing teams or individuals
- Strong hands-on design experience with the ability to provide detailed feedback on design work
- A robust portfolio showcasing the ability to tackle complex marketing challenges across various industries
- Familiarity with UI and digital product environments and an understanding of the evolving AI landscape
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with brand design and/or motion design
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for promoting tech services and products
- Background working with well-known domestic or international brands
- Interest in professional sports
