What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceive and execute best-in-class creative and content ideas
- Create and implement style guides across assigned clients and projects
- Act as a client-facing resource to provide solutions for design-related issues
- Provide daily quality control over assigned projects to ensure quality and alignment with client objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in a fast-paced social media-focused marketing agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience leading a team of creatives
- Experience working on pitches and proposals
- Background in the entertainment industry

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and innovative campaigns
- Experience with influencer-brand partnerships and social media campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to align on priorities
