What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personalized support to callers, guiding them through complex financial solutions
- Build rapport with diverse clients to assess their needs and deliver effective solutions
- Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to improve customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in managing complex customer interactions to resolution
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and contribute to continuous improvement
- Availability for training from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday
- Must have a private and secure remote work area with reliable internet connection
