What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain relationships with farmers to review policies, procedures, and claim adjustments
- Adapt to changing priorities and scheduling conflicts in a dynamic work environment
- Serve customers in the agricultural community, addressing their needs and concerns
- Complete targeted online coursework and participate in relevant work rotations
- Walk in agricultural fields and perform physical tasks as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled and validated as college-ready by Northeast Iowa Community College
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the designated territory
- Physical ability to walk in agricultural fields, climb storage bins, and lift 25 to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Interest in a career serving the agricultural community
- 1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership roles in student activities or community service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Excel
