What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain relationships with farmers to review policies, procedures, and claim adjustments
- Adapt to changing priorities and scheduling conflicts effectively
- Serve customers in the agricultural community
- Participate in work rotations while completing online coursework
- Complete the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) as part of the apprenticeship

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled and validated as college ready by Northeast Iowa Community College
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Ability to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles and climb agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet
- Capacity to lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures/weather conditions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Interest in a career serving the agricultural community
- 1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities or community service
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills
- Intermediate computer skills, especially in Excel
