      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create trend-relevant apparel graphics that align with seasonal messages and design concepts
      - Manage specialized product categories, incorporating feedback from senior graphic designers
      - Support senior designers in maintaining presentation boards and materials for meetings
      - Apply graphic trend forecasts to innovate design techniques and storytelling
      - Prepare and maintain production-ready artwork files for seasonal milestones

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA in Illustration or Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent experience
      - 0–3 years of experience in apparel graphics design
      - Understanding of graphic production processes, including printing methods
      - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with tools like Miro or CLO
      - Strong illustration skills focused on children's illustration and excellent time management
