What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist graphics leads in understanding seasonal graphic trends and conducting research
- Design on-trend apparel graphics that align with seasonal messages and divisional concepts
- Prepare and maintain graphic artwork production files and ensure quality execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners during product reviews and document action items
- Utilize SharePoint for delivering and maintaining graphic artwork files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of color, silhouette, and garment construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to present solutions creatively
- Experience in the apparel design process, including trend analysis and graphic creation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within the retail apparel industry
- Knowledge of graphic techniques and production processes
- Familiarity with seasonal trend forecasting and presentation skills
