      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct investigations into suspected violations of U.S. and international export control laws and regulations
      - Evaluate alleged violations through interviews, document reviews, and analysis of internal policies
      - Manage an active caseload using the employer’s matter-management tool
      - Collaborate with the Global Trade team to develop corrective actions for regulatory violations
      - Brief leadership on the status of ongoing global trade investigations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
      - Juris Doctor Degree
      - At least 7 years of legal experience in Global Trade
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience with U.S. export-control laws and regulations
      - Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable U.S. law

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a law firm handling export control matters or in a government agency involved in administering export control laws
      - Strong communication skills, particularly in legal writing and presentations
      - Experience conducting investigations, including interviewing witnesses and reviewing documents
      - Prior experience in the aerospace industry
      - Knowledge of non-U.S. export-control laws
