What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Corporate FP&A team through month, quarter, and annual financial closing and reporting as well as Forecasting, Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP)
- Consolidate and review financial data to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for Revenue, COGS, Commercial OPEX, and Tech Ops OPEX
- Present results and proposed forecasts to senior leadership, including variance analysis and insights from functional inputs
- Maintain the corporate revenue and gross margin bridge report and enhance analytical tools for better insights on key drivers
- Handle ad-hoc projects to improve processes, tools, and systems within the Corporate Finance domain
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
- Significant experience in Corporate FP&A is preferred
- Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) necessary for daily interactions with senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required
