What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic communications guidance for the Strategic Legal Advocacy team.
- Create thought leadership campaigns around high-profile legal cases and issues.
- Lead the implementation of coalition campaigns related to courts and judges.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize integrated strategies for positive outcomes.
- Track project budgets, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in communications, with 2+ years in a strategic role.
- Experience in writing communications materials for legal-focused audiences.
- Proven ability to analyze legal materials and create compelling content.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a high-stakes environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an equitable and inclusive work culture.
