**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Professionals to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales processes, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall effectiveness.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals with local businesses.
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Proven track record in a high-volume, full-cycle sales role, preferably in SaaS, Software, or Payment Processing.
- Demonstrated desire to step into a leadership role with the ability to coach and motivate others.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt quickly to changes.
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and reside in the area of the designated remote sales territory.

- Experience in cold-calling and local canvassing.
- Natural leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring others.
- Familiarity with the payment processing industry and related technologies.
