What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert industry knowledge to guide product direction and client strategy
- Facilitate and review detailed requirements with cross-functional teams
- Support planning, managing, and coordinating product-related projects
- Engage in client communication to ensure satisfaction and alignment
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for digital platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, preferably in a strategic capacity
- Deep experience with Salesforce and workflow solutions
- Familiarity with software packages for requirements management (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Strong foundation in core Product Management skill sets and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare supply distribution industry
- Digital agency experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel when required
