      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support capture teams in developing sustainment solutions and executing capture strategies for aftermarket sustainment opportunities
      - Manage relationships with internal program managers, U.S. Government agencies, and international customers
      - Act as the aftermarket sustainment expert for Air Force and Missile Defense Agency Radar products
      - Conduct market assessments and develop customer contact plans to generate aftermarket sustainment business leads
      - Collaborate with various departments to provide strategic support for capture and proposal processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of government, defense, or aerospace experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience
      - U.S. Air Force or U.S. Army Officer with air defense system readiness and logistics management experience
      - Experience with government and/or industry requirements generation with the Department of Defense
      - Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) acquisition processes
      - Ability to travel approximately 50% annually for customer engagements and tradeshows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of U.S. DoD procurement, fiscal, and regulatory environments
      - Experience with the Capture/Gate/Proposal process
      - General sustainment management experience within the U.S. Air Force or U.S. Army
      - Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in managing sensitive political issues
      - Collaborative history at the Federal, State/Local level regarding public policy and technological advancements
