      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather, organize, and analyze workforce productivity data from various sources
      - Assist in benchmarking analysis to compare organizational performance against industry standards
      - Support span of control studies and productivity education initiatives for clients
      - Conduct time studies and observations in hospital departments to identify workflow challenges
      - Contribute to the preparation of written reports, analysis, and presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or related field
      - 0–2 years of prior experience in workforce productivity, benchmarking, or related consulting (internships or coursework may qualify)
      - Proficiency with MS Excel and/or other analytical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Stata)
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
      - Ability to travel as required up to 80% of the time

      - Prior experience in consulting or internships related to workforce productivity or benchmarking
      - Familiarity with data analytics software and methodologies
