What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a primary contact for addressing issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and vendor processes
- Collaborate with the BPO provider managing the Procure-to-Pay process
- Review and approve payment batches and supplier onboarding in Oracle ERP
- Oversee the timely completion of the accounts payable month-end closing process
- Assist with audit schedules and Procure-to-Pay projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or advanced degree in finance, supply chain, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement or equivalent industry experience, preferably in managing indirect spend categories
- Global experience with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work in a dynamic environment

- Experience managing spend in excess of $1 billion per year
