      Automation Foundations Leadership Program: Launch Your Career in Industrial Automation

      We're excited to introduce our new 6-Month Industrial Automation Training Program, beginning July 2026, designed specifically for recent college graduates looking to jumpstart their careers in the dynamic world of high-tech distribution.

      This immersive program provides a comprehensive introduction to the industrial automation industry, covering the cutting-edge technologies, systems, and solutions that power modern manufacturing and industrial processes. Through a combination of classroom learning, hands-on experience, and real-world exposure, trainees will build a strong technical foundation while gaining valuable insights into our business and industry.

      In addition to technical training, participants will have access to career development resources, professional networking opportunities, and mentorship from experienced industry professionals.

      Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will transition into an exciting career path within Sales Engineering in our organization.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer), or Computer Science, a passion for learning, and the key traits listed above.
