What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Sales team by servicing and calling on assigned accounts to help grow sales
- Identify new account and business opportunities while assessing customer needs
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, resolving service issues in a timely manner
- Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, and proposals, including product demonstrations
- Collaborate with customer service and sales management to fulfill job functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience with a background in cold calling and full-cycle sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail-focused, results-oriented environment
- Must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills
- Strong customer service focus and ability to handle difficult situations positively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience with a proven ability to manage full life cycle projects
- Skilled in problem-solving techniques
- Experience with SAP systems
