  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Act as the central liaison, facilitating clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  - Ensure compliance with software validation, documentation, and quality standards
  - Draft and maintain high-quality project documentation, including software change forms and risk assessments
  - Manage and maintain Jira ticketing boards, tasks, and workflows for multiple software development projects
  - Track and report progress against development milestones and support go/no-go decisions for project deliverables
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Bachelor's degree required
  - 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar associate support roles, preferably in a biotech or healthcare environment
  - Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a regulated industry
  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate alignment across diverse teams
  - Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Familiarity with FDA/ISO regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 62304, 21 CFR Part 11)
  - Experience with Jira administration or configuration
  - Background in writing or managing technical documentation
  - Exposure to risk assessments or quality management systems (QMS)
  - Knowledge of clinical systems, LIMS, or bioinformatics tools
