What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become an expert in the employer's software platform and train client administrators on its tools and processes
- Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and facilitate system configuration
- Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans, while providing regular updates to project managers
- Balance priorities across multiple assignments and contribute to implementation tools and processes
- Communicate issues and risks effectively to project managers and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Less than 3 years of software implementation experience, focusing on solutions delivery through platform configuration
- Strong strategic thinking skills to ensure solutions support business objectives
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and perform under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients, including gathering complex requirements and configurations
- Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design and measuring adoption
- Background in delivering innovative and creative solutions
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON
