      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enhance existing applications with new features, create UI, debug, and model data
      - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, Software Testers, and Developers as part of a SCRUM team
      - Drive high software quality, ensuring robustness, usability, and reliability
      - Discover and evaluate the latest innovations in the Android ecosystem
      - Perform other duties as required and assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience exclusively in Android development
      - Strong understanding of MVVM, Coroutines, Compose, and integrating third-party APIs/frameworks
      - Experience leading complex Android projects from start to finish
      - Proficiency in Android Studio, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Git

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of progressive IT experience
      - Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigms, memory management, network programming, concurrency, and multithreading
