      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and deliver on agent training needs through constant immersion in the contact center
      - Develop and deliver energetic and engaging training sessions, meetings, and huddles
      - Handle inbound sales support calls alongside agents, providing need-based sales solutions
      - Manage the agent-facing learning library, ensuring materials are up-to-date and relevant
      - Continuously educate agents on AT&T-related products and services in an engaging manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of telecommunications call center experience
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in presentation and training curriculum development
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, with a keen eye for design
      - Strong computer proficiency, including web conferencing tools and A/V setup skills
      - Ability to manage multiple deadlines for various partners, both internal and external

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - QA and/or QA leadership experience
      - Trello competency
      - Experience in audience-driven content creation and delivery
