- Bake all of the fresh bread and pastries that your café needs each day
- Maintain our high standards of flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed
- Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth and Trust
- Step in and support your manager and team as needed
- You love baking - even if you're a beginner (we provide training)
- You enjoy both working alone and with a team
- You're a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
- You like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
- You're committed to food safety
- You have your own transportation to drive to other locations as needed
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time
