Currently in the penultimate year of university, on track for a 2.1 or higher, with a degree completion date of Spring 2025
9-week programme
Following the programme, outstanding performers will be considered for a position in our Analyst Programme upon graduation
Bespoke training programme led by external vendors
Weekly programmatic events to provide holistic exposure to the business
Market research
Support underwriting efforts for debt/equity opportunities
Financial analysis and modelling
Risk analysis and valuation
Drafting investment memos
Portfolio monitoring, analysis and valuation
Ad-hoc projects, presentations, and initiatives
Demonstrated interested in financial services/investment management
Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction-oriented team
Self-starter, must be organised and able to work independently
Ability to prioritise work and multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
