      The ideal candidate will possess public cloud experience, solution selling expertise, and business acumen to promote strategic growth and shape the future of cloud computing within RCH team.

      Key job responsibilities
      Drive two-digital revenue and market share growth within assigned key accounts in the Retail sector
      Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and manage all key customer relationships, including strong C-level engagement
      Accelerate customer adoption by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing usage, and leading customers through cloud migration journeys
      Maintain a robust customer pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
      Manage complex contract negotiations and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption

      #AWSGCR- 8 + years of technology related business development experience.
      - Familiar with business and developer ecosystem in Retail&CPG&Hospitality or E-commerce business with proven sales record or win cases in sub-vertical such as CPG, E-commerce or any other new form of Retail business.
      - BA/BS degree required.
      - Strong verbal and written communications skills.- Retail&CPG&Hospitality or E-commerce industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
      - Masters or MBA is plus.
      - A technical or presale background is preferred.
      - Tracked sales record in managing large key accounts or volume business is preferred.
      - Extensive customer & contact network.
      - Sales experience with virtualization/big data/AI solutions is a bonus.
      - Fluent in Mandarin & good handle of English (written).
