What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing prompt and compassionate support
- Manage daily operations of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and disability plans
- Conduct monthly carrier billing reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with payroll and vendors
- Collaborate with HR Managers to manage leave of absence and disability benefits
- Support the facilitation of employee wellness challenges and track participation metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of hands-on benefits administration experience, with health and welfare experience required
- Experience supporting employee-facing benefits and wellness programs
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage recurring monthly processes and deadlines
- High service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms, along with strong Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience performing benefits billing reconciliation and enrollment audits
- Experience supporting multi-state and/or multi-country employee populations
- Familiarity with PlanSource and/or UKG Ready systems
