      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers through various channels, providing friendly and empathetic support

      - Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to guide customers accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the customer service field; bilingual contact center experience is a strong asset
      - Fluent in both verbal and written English and French
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office applications; experience with CRM systems is a strong asset

      - Experience in a fast-paced medical environment
      - Demonstrated problem-resolution background
      - Experience with SAP
