      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound ACD call line, providing prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies
      - Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
      - Regularly access client systems to gather information used to create inventory
      - Utilize multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently
      - Identify potential subrogation claims and facilitate the recovery of healthcare payments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty, or related fields
      - Professional communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Word and Excel
