What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build 3D models using AutoCAD MEP/Revit and NavisWorks
- Coordinate BIM processes including clash detection and resolution
- Mentor and train junior Virtual Designers and Detailers
- Collaborate with engineering department on design/build projects
- Assist in the development and maintenance of AutoCAD/Revit templates and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED required
- 2-5 years of experience in computer-aided drafting in the commercial construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and REVIT
- Ability to read and comprehend construction blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience for Senior Virtual Designer role
- Knowledge and application of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Electrical field experience and/or Electrical Theory degree
- Experience with Bluebeam
