- Assumes responsibility for the performance of routine standardized biological and or biochemical tests as well as more complex procedures on blood urine tissues body fluids and other specimens that assist physicians in the diagnosis and clinical management of patients,
- Assumes responsibility for recognizing results or problems that require referral to Technical Specialist Pathologist or Administrative Coordinator,
- Performs additional tasks as requested by Chairman of Pathology or his or her designee,
- Knowledge of specialized principles and techniques in Blood Banking which would normally be obtained through formal academic training and experience,
- Registry with a recognized board of registry for medical technologies such as American Society of Clinical Pathologists,
- Successful completion of all Orientation Programs,
