Be a Role Model to new Team Members
Provide excellent Customer Service
Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures
Maintain and foster Company Culture
Prep and make sandwiches for daily sampling and events when needed
Maintain store cleanliness
Maintain Food Safety
Maintain Workplace Safety
Maintain Store and Equipment Safety
Work closely with General manager and Marketing Manager
Plan and execute a strategy for sampling Jimmy’s John’s sandwiches within the surrounding community
Execute Local Store Marketing campaigns
Lead generation
Cold calling and follow up
Must have own vehicle, driver license and auto insurance
Must have state required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ only
Preferred marketing and/or sales experience
Must have flexible schedule
Must be able to throw a 3” sandwich at least 5 ft
Must be 18+
Must be coachable
Must have experience in dealing with customer
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job purpose
To manage the Jimmy John’s Catering program in assigned geographical area. Develop and nurture client relationships in order to build the brand and program. Network and develop sales leads through sampling program.

Working conditions
Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John’s stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives and oven.
Physical requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs and walk. Must be able to carry sandwiches when delivering to offices and/or events.
