      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities
      - Support the planning, coordination, and preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
      - Prepare, review, and distribute financial reporting, including written analysis and data visualization
      - Manage costing allocations and budget proposal support
      - Provide support to other finance-related functions, such as the month-end close process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in finance or accounting
      - Minimum of two (2) years of financial analysis, grant, project, and/or costing accounting experience
      - Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      - Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple activities
      - Strong self-starter with a bias for action and outcome-oriented mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an education or non-profit environment
      - Knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning technology systems
      - Grant and/or fund accounting experience
      - Innovative and collaborative mindset with a desire to impact people's lives
