Broad understanding of a wide range of technologies and their relationship to business objectives whether they are related to end-user, networking, IT distribution, middleware, development tools, mainframe, security, e-commerce, system management, software engineering and program management methodologies.
Ability to collect facts, analyze data, and compare alternatives in terms of cost, time, feasibility and resource availability.
Ability to recognize potential conflicts and risks in systems and assess the impact in terms of change management
Analysis of project proposals
Ability to propose solutions based on existing and future architecture, according to business needs
Ability to coordinate the work of a team of people
He/she organizes, monitors, coaches, advises and can perform project audits
He/she can assume the responsibilities of project manager for large projects (more than 12 people)

Within a complex IT landscape, Feature Engineers work to help the management of business requirements, creating efficient and straight forward solution approaches, facilitating the relation between all project stakeholders and insuring the quality of the final delivery.
