Job Description:

• Experience in defining the strategy, costs, benefits, and timeline for large projects.
• Experience in delivering large scale voice application projects.
• Experience is delivering requirements and designs for voice application projects.
• Experience delivering projects in an agile environment.
• Experience acting as a scrum master and product owner in an agile environment.
• Advanced time management and analytical skills.
• Preferred PMP Certification.

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for the Verizon Omni Voice Team. The candidate will have the following primary responsibilities:
• Lead key Omni Voice programs related to: conversational speech, in home virtual assistants, voice authentication, and intelligent routing.
• Act as a project manager and business analyst for key voice application programs.
• Work with business owners, other technology teams, and vendors to plan and deliver large projects impacting voice applications.
• Lead the effort to define the strategy, scope, benefits, impacted groups, and timelines for key voice application projects.
• Manage the timeline, risks, issues, and overall delivery for key projects.
• Lead the effort to define the requirements and designs for key initiatives.
• Lead the effort to define baseline metrics and KPIs for large projects.
• Meet with regularly with business owners and other key stakeholders to review project status.
• Meet regularly with internal QA, DEV, Support, DBA resources to ensure projects are on schedule to meet release/launch dates.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term projects.
• Assigned to multiple projects during a given release period.About the company
