      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Demonstrate, promote, and sell company products to meet and exceed sales quotas
      - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales and retention
      - Execute sales strategies and adhere to updated policies and KPIs
      - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for customer acquisition
      - Track progress and interactions with prospects using CRM software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas
      - Prior sales experience in the healthcare, fitness, wellness, or medical industry is mandatory
      - Proficiency with CRM software (preferably HubSpot)
      - Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales approaches
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to handle rejection and maintain high call/meeting volume daily
      - Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
      - Willingness to travel (at least 45 days per year) for business trips and industry tradeshows
