- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the oil & gas industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead sales efforts, including negotiations and contract management, to secure new business deals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights for senior management.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering/ science/ technology or any related studies.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical or other related industries.
- Existing Business Development personnel who deal extensively with project owner and EPCC in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical market in Malaysia, or
- Project Engineers without sales experience but interested in diverting their career into Sales and Marketing are welcome to apply. Experience working in petrochemical or oil and gas plant construction projects is a must.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- A go-getter, an easy-going team player and people-oriented person.
- An analytical and result oriented individual.
- Possess existing network with PACs
- Must be willing to travel
- Prefereably a Sarawakian or Sabahan
